Materials and finishes are selected based on client approval and availability. Any change in material selection after finalization may affect cost and delivery timelines.
5. Project Timelines
Project timelines are estimated based on project scope, site readiness, material availability, and external factors. While we strive to adhere to schedules, delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or client-side changes are not the responsibility of Value Options Cost Planners.
6. Site Access & Client Responsibilities
